It all ends

Between this and Friday Night Lights ending, I’m not sure how I’m going to cope this weekend.

Some of you have seen it already. What did you think? Will I need to “ACCIO” a tissue? What if the Ron and Hermione kiss isn’t what I’ve pumped it up to be?

I need help. Clearly.

I saw it last night, and it was AMAZING. I loved it and will probably go see it again while it’s in the theaters. Yes to the tissues…I teared up multiple times!

I LOVE LOVE LOVED it! I saw it in 3D at the midnight premiere (3D is probably not necessary) and I’m going again tomorrow to see it with a friend who foolishly planned a trip to St. Thomas with her husband that meant she missed the midnight premiere. Silly girl.

But yes, bring loads of tissues. I ugly cried for probably 20 minutes of it, maybe more. Thank goodness for the Harry shaped 3D glasses that I wore all the way to my car to hide the mascara tracks.

The kiss was good. Happened in a different context than in the book, but that’s all I’ll say. The audience still loudly cheered when it did happen.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to go make butterbeer blondies to bring to the movie tomorrow!

I just got home from it. I loved it! I haven’t read the books, but my kids and husband have and they all LOVE the books and look forward to every movie. (I haven’t even seen every movie….I know – bad!) I have seen these last two though, and really liked both of them. Teared up a few times for sure!

You’ll need to Accio an entire box! It was fantastic! My theater cheered at the kiss as well. As I have a massive crush on Rupert, I couldn’t really get too into the cheering, but it was cute.

I agree, tissues needed!! When the trio came back into the Great Hall after the battle and they saw who some of the casualties were…absolutely heartbreaking!!!

And yes, the kiss was worth the wait…not the best movie kiss, but still, my theatre cheered too.

One of my favorite parts was, of course Mama Weasley telling Bellatrix off and doing her in!!!! And Neville stepping up and kicking tail!

I also loved that Malfoy was a little misty-eyed in the courtyard after Hagrid carried Harry in, before he joined his parents. It’s not part of the book, but whether it was director liberty or Tom Felton being a little emotional about the ending of it all, it showed a teeney bit of humanity for the character. Very cool.

Excited to see Tom & Rupert in more movies. 🙂

Lincee, I had already seen the finale of FNL as I couldn’t wait so I bought the DVD. I watched it again and cried yet again. Gearing up for another painful night of Hebert so let’s hope the hometowns are better than the out of towns!

I saw it last night and it was awesome! McGonagal & Mrs. Weasley showed some serious girl power. I’ve felt that they’ve made the “relationships” in this movie so akward & forced. The kiss was the first time I didn’t think that.

It was awesome. I started crying about 20 minutes in just in anticipation and didn’t stop till about 2 hours after I got home. I didn’t have a tissue but I did have long, wet, sleeves. You will love it! Oh and BTW the video you included here just made me tear up again… good lord!

I loved both of them. I cried during Harry Potter (which I have seen twice) and Friday Night Lights (which I couldn’t bring myself to delete from my DVR). I hope you lke both of them as much as I did.

LOVED IT! My all-time favorite part was the Mrs. Weasley/Bellatrix encounter – probably my favorite part of the book too. I knew I was going to cry, but I totally forgot my tissues and had no wand to ACCIO them. 🙁

I loved Helena Bonham Carter even more than usual. She was hilarious as Hermione as Bellatrix!

AMAZING!

Oh, and, Terri, ACCIO is a summoning spell. It’s what you’d use to bring something to yourself that’s out of your reach. 🙂
