Fun fact about Lincee: I’m a good secret keeper. And I’ve been holding on to the mother of all secrets for A VERY LONG TIME.

But I’ve been given the green light! The time has come! I shall let the cat out of the proverbial bag and scream from the rooftops that I have been invited by ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY to participate in a new online community of television bloggers! It’s called The Community. Needless to say, I’m over the moon.

Get this…the EW editors did a Google search for “Bachelor recaps” and yours truly popped up. An hour-long interview and six months later, I was offered a spot among 20 other talented television writers!

First things first, I am not recapping The Bachelor. That will always hold a special place in my heart and will forever be coddled, cultivated and slathered in Germ Squirt on this website. Besides, Entertainment Weekly has a wonderful girl who already covers the show.

You can imagine my elation when I learned that I would be covering the shirtless wonder that is Wade Kinsella and his southern homies in Bluebell, Alabama. That’s right people. Say hello to the EW Community Hart of Dixie blogger! And I start this Friday! (I’m sure THIS post had nothing to do with that assignment.)
