Little things I noticed last night –
Kasey shirtless with his crown on his head, when Des went to pick James up for the date
Brooks playfully trying to keep Chris from going in the pool room during the group date – he senses competition?
Juan Pablo can twirl a baton? He looked great! Also, I must have missed that he had a daughter.
How could Des send cute, normal Zach home and keep Mikey, the walking caricature (sp?)?
I agree — what’s up with Mikey? I thought Zach definitely a keeper.
Was it just me or was everyone else thrilled that the Ronnie lookalike was in Seaside Heights! I can’t believe they didn’t go to Karma…
I’m with you on that one, too, kt – Mikey needs to go! He’s got about three brain cells to rub together. Bryden, too, though I like him much better.
Kasey totally transitioned for me this week; I thought he was really cute at the pagent, and in the house wearing his spoils of victory.

What was up with ABC last night? They was good! They was kind! They was special! Seriously, did someone give Fleiss humanity pills? I couldn’t believe the amount of time they devoted to Manny and Jan – sooo sweet! I actually shed a few tears for real people, not some sappy manufactured “journey” to find “love.” Mind confused… difficulty processing what actually happened last night…

I was wondering if Zach might be the surprise winner since he had such a low profile in the edits so far. I mean, is Des seriously going to end up with Mikey?! Doubtful. During Zach’s exit interview, I thought even more about how normal and respectable he is, which might have been his downfall. Also, there must be some appeal of Kasey we are not seeing. He does seem more good looking and nice every time I see him, now.
I love how Juan Pablo has a son and they totally ignore that, but completely play up the other guys having sons– Ben is obvious, but Brad being a parent was likely brought up because of the drama around it.
I enjoyed the pageant concept; it almost makes up for the rap video. I can’t believe how ridiculously and abnormally buff all of these guys are– Brooks is the least in shape, but he’s still lookin’ really good!
Though Ben seems d-bag-ish and not my type of friend, they are seriously not showing why he is such a villan. Do we have manufactured drama?!
Chi fan – YES! Chris was WAY too happy to put on the heels. The poetry put me over the edge though… eek.
Seriously – is there a manly man in the bunch?? They all seem either spoiled (Bryden) or dense (Mikey) to me. Poor Des!
There is something about Zak that I really like. Him singing that sweet song to her during the pagent, how did he not win first place???
Also, I’m so annoyed with Des…why did she keep Bryden??? she’s obviously too attracted to him to see that he’s not that into her. When she called his name he even hesitated. This also shows me she has low self esteem. I would NEVER have picked bryden after he whined to me that he’s not sure if he’s that into me. I don’t get it.
Out of all the guys i think she likes james the most now, since she made that comment, we just look at each other and want to kiss. I also think she’s into Chris.
I don’t think she’ll go for my fav Zak because he’s too mature for her being in his 30s,…I also really like Casey, but I don’t see those two together for some reason. But we will see.
Jessica – I totally thought the same thing – how appropriate that “Ronnie” went to Jersey Shore. I even said to my husband – wonder if they’ll go to Karma. I hope its okay haha 🙂
I thought it was pretty harsh of Des to dump Brad at the top of the lighthouse … did you see how many stairs there were?!
Loved the pageant … one of the best episodes yet. These guys really know how to have fun and let their hair down. Twirling, high heels, smashing Ukulele’s – but I could have done without Bryden’s bump dance. Ew…
Zak is intriguing & in this 100% … but something is just a tad off with him. Can’t put my finger on it yet.
I think Zach was the pelvic thrust guy at pageant. Might be why he was a goner!!

I agree – this was one of the best Bach episodes ever, in a real, good way and not in a cheesy trainwreck way. What is up with that??
I thought the pageant was hysterical! It could have been totally ridiculous, but all the guys really got into it and totally nailed the spirit of it. I loved when they all stood there in a row at the end, holding hands and waiting for the announcement of the winner. I laughed my head off – in a good way, not a hiding behind cushions kind of way.
The whole Manny and Jan thing was amazing, and how cool were James and Des? It brought tears to my eyes and in a genuine emotion kind of way, not a manufactured emotion kind of way.
I really liked James. I thought Michael was great. I am loving me some Juan Pablo (but I don’t think he’s the right one for Des). Lots of good choices left, I think. Can’t wait for the recap!
Don’t shoot me, but I’ve had a thought…I think maybe (we’ll see if he makes the final 3) they’re grooming BRYDEN as the next bachelor.
He’s a soldier – hero! Yay!
He’s “damaged” – awwww, he just needs a good woman.
He’s obviously good looking.
And when Desiree (can’t do Des) dumps him at the final 3 (if?) He’ll all of a sudden turn into this tragic romantic figure.
I say he’s the one to watch for the next Bachelor.
I’d rather it be Juan Pablo….but that’s just me.
