My niece recently got a puppy. Clearly with all the hugging and squeezing going on, I call her George instead of her given name Penny. I think it’s important to note that no pugs were harmed during this photo session.

You know it’s time to clean that random bookshelf thingy by the window in your office when this happens: I’m both impressed and appalled.

My cousin SGT Cole is serving in Afghanistan right now.  We are lucky enough to be able to email every once in a while. You can imagine my elated surprise and joy when he sent me this picture the other day: I think he might be one of my biggest fans.  I definitely know he’s one of mine.
